my mx tech suspension is begging for mercy

ok jer, you gave my 426 the full treatment and it was set up great. the problem is, since you set it up for me, aliens probed me and now i weigh 30lbs more. the bike hits the bumpers and seems to bounce a bit when coming off jumps. the adj is just a hair off, any ideas for a pig riding a pig? ps, i lost my instructions, er i mean, my dog ate the instructions you gave me.
