which 03 250 has best bottom/mid power?

hi,, im looking for the best 250 mx bike with bottom end power.. anyone rode the different bikes themselves or have thoughts on this?

From all accounts the 03 KX has good torque and low-end but falls off on top compared to the others.

I have rode a yz 250 and a kx 250. I have found the kx you have to ride more like a 125. The yz has great overall power.

YZ and RM seem to have the same power thru low and mid but the YZ pulls the RM on top. The KX is lacking in most areas though I hear it can be modified to fit your needs.

I have raced a CR250, RM250, YZ250, and a KX250 all 03 models. I kile the RM for best low end and mid the YZ is very close 2nd and it does out pull the RM on top.
After riding the other 3 the KX just felt way under powered, it took way to much energy to ride it effectively.
