Best oil brand for a WR250 (quality vs. price)

From the following oil brands (available in Chile, which one would you choose for a Yamaha WR250?

Yamalube 4R: 10.56 US$
Yamalube 4 (20W50): 4.93 US$
Motul Ester (Ester-based synthesis technology, 15W50): 8.45 US$
Valvoline Durablend (Synthetic Blend, 20W50): 8.02 US$

NOTE: I usually change the engine oil every two (or three) rides. And I change the oil filter every other oil change.

Thanks.

I use Castrol GTX 10w40. I used to use 20w50 but found shifting better with the 10w40. I also change oil after every ride (each lasting between 1.5 to 4 hour GNCC or Harescramble). Having torn each motor down and compared them against motors with Amsoil synthetics, I prefer the cheaper for the gearbox. Wear seems to be less with the petrolium based.

For premix, however, Amsoil or Royal Purple (mixed 44:1) seems to be the best for 2-stroke top ends.

Hope this helped.

Kurt.

An alternative to chose the best oil for my bike would be to try them all. But, is it good to change oil brands?. Are they all compatible? I have heard that we should try to keep the same brand as long as possible.

Thanks for your comments.
