Trying to make an 02' YZ-250F into a dual use bike (mild Moto & non-technical Trails). I plan to add a heavier flywheel (+ 10 or 12oz.?) and an added tooth (or two?) to the rear sprocket. I still want to keep a lot of the throttle snap of the YZ, but get a little more traction. Also, I hope to be able to lower the idle a little. On the right track? What set-ups would you recommend?

I have the 03 and a flywheel weight will make the baby thumper a real dog on the track. The bike is a 250 thumper so it already has great traction and doesnt stall as ez as my crf450. Get some decent bars and chain, and a 49 or 50 tooth sprocket. Maybe a skid plate and its ready for track and trail.
