Gearbox/clutch problems

I seem to have to be having problems with the main nut that holds the clutch basket on, it just keeps coming undone, I locktited it the first time it came undone and have had it come undone regulary ever since, does anyone know the tourqe rating for this nut? And the gearbox problem (I think) was caused by this clutch problem,in the regular retighting of the main clutch nut I seemed to have lost the little washer that goes on the clutch actuator pin (The pin that pushes on the thrust bearing) I fear it mite have gone though my gearbox as i have since found gouges on the clutch assembly and it is very noisy. Im going to drain the oil and wash it out with diesel and put plenty of oil back in. Any other ideas on how to fix these problems?

use locktite red guarantee it will not work loose
