Does anyone know if either of these places are still snowed in ?

Call the rangers at Foresthill, they'll have up to date info: 530-367-2224 . Given how warm and dry January was, I'd be surprised if there was much snow left under 6000' (i.e. Trails 1,2,3,4,7).

Georgetown has been open for three or four weeks. It was a little muddy on Sunday from Saturday's rain, but should be just about perfect now.

My coworker rode up at Forest hill last weekend.
He said there was some snow on the ground, but the trails were pretty much clear.
There will be less people there that way.

thanks for the info., foresthill rangers said there's snow on the upper trails but the lower ones are open, with some mud. It sounds like a winner for Sunday.
