What are good tires to get for all terrain conditions. I mean mud, rock, dry hardpack,......everything! I don't want to change tires just because it rains.......

Maxxis IT, or Michelin M-12. Can't beat Maxxis for the price. I'm running Maxxis IT front and rear. I ride in rocks, roots, hardpack clay, and mud.

I don't ride any rocks but I'll throw another vote to the Michelin M-12's for all around use!
