Spring Rates

I would like to know how to determine what spring rate my forks and shock have. I know the previous owner had the suspension done by Dick's Racing, however he did not give me any info and Dick's won't without the original receipt.

You have to take them to as tuner who has a spring rate tester.Its the best way as even new springs are not always as specified.
