As far as the plastic goes, UFO makes all of it for the 89-94 KDX's. Fenders, rad shrouds, and side panels. I got it all from "Factory Direct", I believe.
For the seat, it is a Ceet all gripper seat for a 1990 KX 500. I think they are listed as 88-up or 89-up. The KX 500 seat did not change through the years, I don't think.
And for the headlight shell, yes that is a rattle can job. I will probably put a black number plate there for when I don't need the light.

Yeah that is wierd. They took it off their site.
I would give them a call. I only got mine like 2 months ago and it was def. from them.
