I have 3 ktm,s rebuilt the suspension 3 months ago on all 3 all 3 are 2002 sx,s it is winter here and all 3 are kept in a heated garage workshop I noticed one has a collection of oil on fork caps wiped it off and 3 weeks later again then in another 3 weeks it apears to coming from under the black rebound adjusters or is is from the preload adjuster and what to do to repair all bikes are on stands.

When filling the forks with oil, you have filled the damper rod(the hole in the centre) this oil has no where to escape and so pushes past the o ring.

So just leave it like it is and it will stop eventually?
