WR400 Chain buffer?

Need to change the chain buffer, looks like the arm will have to come off, is this correct?

With an oem chain buffer the swingarm need not be removed to replace it.
The TM designs chain buffer though requires swingarm removal to install, although there might be an updated version that doesn't require swingarm removal to install.
