i was told that a motorcross fender can fit on the kdx 220 i was just wondering if anyone new which bike and what year it came off of and if any mods have to be made?

It won't fit but maier makes one for the KDX in black and in green. Fredette sells 'em at www.frpoffroad.com

Just installed the meier mx style rear fender on an 01' KDX220. Little tight getting it in place but fit and finish is excellent, you will have to drill two holes for mounting screws. Looks good too.
