Are they interchangeable? Don't want to spend $200 if I can get stock springs off a heavier YZ/WR.

Go to the MX tech site. Search for the correct springs for both bikes. Compare part numbers. This will give you your answer. My brain say yes, they will interchange, but this will confirm.

I have Wr400 springs in my YZ250F. They fit fine, 250F owners at Thumpertalk.com routinely buy YZ/WR 400/426 springs from those going to even stiffer springs on the big YZs.
