What body weight would be right for a 5.6 spring?

You'd have to checkRacetech.com or Factory Connection.com The 5.6 spring is from factory connection, so they should be able to tell ya. And racetech has a spring generator on their site, so they may help as well. I bought the spring for MX as I was bottoming out pretty badly in the rear, but now that I ride trails/harescrambles its now way too stiff.

I checked at MX-Tech and Race Tech and they recommended a 5.2. I think that would be too light with stock valving. The stock one on an 03 CRF is a 5.5 rising rate isn't it? I was going to get a straight rate for 175lb rider. I'll check around some more and let you know if i want it.
