I'm selling a really sweet '96 Honda XR250 for one of my friends. He just bought a GTP race car, and needs to liquidate some other toys to cover the cash outlay.
This XR250 still has the original tires, bars, and handguards on it. It runs like a champ, and I just changed the oil and cleaned the air filter. He bought it three years ago, and I'm the only person that ever rides it. The only time it was ridden hard was at Loretta Lynn's Fun Run last fall. I borrowed it that weekend because I had no bike .
$2500 - slightly negotiable.

Less than 10 bucks a pound - $2200 firm.
I hate to sell it locally, but I will if you people make me.
