Buy a good quality sleeping bag and you won't have to worry about it. This last elk season I was to warm in my tent!
I've got a Coleman Black Cat, but I could just see kicking that thing over and catching the tent on fire! :flame:

I have a 1500 watt electric space heater with a 2-speed fan. When it is 26° outside, I can get the inside of my 6x12 enclosed trailer up to around 60° inside. Toasty warm to sleep.
I tried the same thing in a tent last weekend. It was a low of 29° at night, and my family and I froze our asses off with the same space heat cranked all night. The tent is about 10x10x8 in size, and it was like we were sleeping outside. We had army-issue down sleeping bags for the kids, and my wife and I were in a pair of new Columbia 20°-rated (whatever that means) sleeping bags. The rating obviously does not mean you can stay warm when it is 20° outside!
