What about the dogs.........I might be interested but only if you throw in the dogs and the cot in the garage.......

I would have thrown in the cats and the hey burners! Thanks for the concern from everyone. The very rocky road has moved on to pavement with some pretty large pot holes. Some of them are getting filled in but not quite smoothed out. Lot of work ahead but I'm more optomistic.
