Who does the best work and is fair in the price range. Just like here everybodys thoughts.

MX Tech , Wilkeys got some trick setups and has been working with WP for years . I was there a bit back and he also had some trick works stuff on the shelves Just a bit North of you in Illinois.

Try www.Enduroeng.com
Good guys. Good work. Good stuff. Good prices. Very experienced with KTM suspensions.

What about suspension for Husqvarna's or just springs. I looked at MX-Tech, but no Husky stuff. May be Race Tech or so?
Thanks ed

Too Tech is the best in my book. very reasonable prices an Rick nows
his suspensions, plus he has got the new air tanks for the forks with a
check valve. He has done mine an is the only one I like of all the ones I
have tried (an I've tried a few). Go to the web site at: tootechracing.com

Dingoe : with those Huskys sometimes youve got to measure out the springs and order them by rate and coil diameter/length, Since those bikes werent so popular maybe that had a play in why you cant find stuff , But Ive worked on alot of MZ stuff on Huskys and KTM,always could find springs It was the things like cartridge bushing seals andhard parts that were harder to get . FBF in Pa sells the trick Husky Shiver forks but theyre expensive and about the only real trick thing on them is the lower tube TI Coating . I dont really think theyre worth the 1200 . Its possible to get stock Husky MZs working pretty good though. Its possible to put all those sub tank kits on Huskys. Good Luck

Deansfastway Thanks for the info on the Husky springs and all. My bike is a 2002 TE570 and I bottom the forks on most jumps and hard slap downs. So I figure new springs (9.0 -9.5 kg's I'm big), but it sounds like that may be a hassle. One other thing, I'm new to messing with the suspension and I assumed just adding some more oil may help a bit. Question, can I just open the caps and add more, or do I need to pull the springs and bleed the forks and all? I thought I'd just add more and bring it up som 20-40mm or so. I don't know what it's at now, but it's stock so may be 150mm or so?. Again any input would help.
Thanks Ed

I am thinking about sending my forks off to MX-tech next month to get my 2003 KDX forks done. The price seems decent, has anyone had a reason not to go there?

the owner has a bald head

Dingo-I don't think just adding oil is the way to go you might over do it and blow a seal. All I know is XR so can't tell more other than get or check your service manual. Is your race sag set up for You?
Posted by: dingoe---------------------
Maco, Sag is set on the rear and it seems to be doing OK, I don't know how to set the front. These forks do not have an external preload. I think based on my size I need 48-52 springs up front and 8-9 spring in back. I'm looking into TooTech, Dicks Racing, Racetech, and White Brothers now.
thanks for the input.

factory connection does great work but they are way to expensive in the end you will pay way more than expected .....always

Mx tech recently sold me full works wp forks and their triple clamp for my ktm400exc. They work so much better than my revalved/resprung stockers that it isnt even close. I would strongly recommend them.
Posted by: DEANSFASTWAY---------------------
Did you get the trick adjustable clamp kit? How are you running it. That stuff is really boss!
