As of next season I have a chance to race the new Honda CRF250R for less than half the retail price if a local Honda shop sponsors me for '04. Im currently on an '02 RM125 I race 125b, I wiegh 135lbs, hight 5'11 and im 15 years old. I've ridden a four-stroke before(250f) but I don't have much experiance on it. I'd like to know what the good things are and the bad things of riding a 4-stroke I'd also like to know if you guys think that a four stroke would be right for me. Any help will be appreciated.

thats a tough question. The cr250f isn't available to us yet.Honda did there home workwith the 450f,so indications are the 250f will be nice.I have the 02 rm125 and think it's a great bike. But the the Honda sure sounds nice,I'd lean towards the 250f.

Honda does a good job with new models and they knew what they were shooting for with the YZF so I'd say go for it.

CRF250R shouldn't be much different than the WR that you rode. It seems from all the posts on here that it will be be closely matched. Give us a ride report and tell us about the engine / steering geometery and suspension feel when you get to bust some air.
Good luck :thumb:
