I have a '91 KDX 200 and I am putting new tires on soon. It has a 120/90-18 on there now, and the came stock with 100/100's (atleast thats what the manual said) What is the range i can put on there, if that makes sense. Like, could i put a 130/90 or 80 or what? Also, does anyone have any tire recommendations? I ride mainly hardpack trails with some loose dirt, but minimal sloppy stuff.

You must be running Michelins.
They use an older method for measuring the tires. I'm running a 130/80 M12 on the rear and it fits with no problems.
If you go with Dunlops, Bridgestones, IRC or any of the others you'll want to get a 100/100 size.

Thats what I have its a 120-90-18 and it works great in most conditions and its reversible aswell.....Great traction but im not sure if its available over there...

The service manual specifies a 100/100-18 tire size. This is in the new "standard"; a size that every tire manufacturer has adopted with the exception (that I have come across) of Michelin. The original question asked about clarification on stock size versus the size he is running (120/90-18).
You are free to run any size that you want, however much wider than stock will rub on the chain guard. Moreover, the larger the tire, the heavier - so you increase the unsprung mass as well as the rotational force required to turn the tire.

So, what would you suggest? I weigh 135 lbs, and i am in between novice and intermediate i would say (I have been riding since '00) Maybe a 110/100 then? Oh, I put an M12 on there the last time I changed it.

Did you like the M12? If so I'd just replace it with another. I went with a 130/80 M12 because it seemed very close (dimensionally) to the stock 100/100 size. The 120/90 should be the same height but a little narrower.

If you want a real good tire that will last a long time and perform incredible you need to get the trellborg ten master series 110/100/18 you will not be disapointed. (i'll bet my bike on it) hee is the site to get them at......http://www.werproducts.net/
