beginner suspension tuner

I have an 01 CR250 and have finally dialed in the motor. I have never really fooled around with the clickers to much. I weigh about 170 and ride trails and dunes no mx but still like to jump the bike a little not huge air or anything. Any input on a setting that might be a bit more forgiving for this type of riding?
