90' CR 500 suspension tuning/ spec's needed...

I have a 90' Honda CR 500 I just purchased. I need to tune the front and rear suspension back to stock, don't know where it is @ now. Anyone know where I can get this info? I have the Factory service manual which refers to the owners manual for suspension settings, don't want to buy this for a few settings. The bike feels like the front end is on ice and the rear is all over the place? Thanx

Yours only has adjustable compression on the front i think, most stds settings are very close to the middle-on most suspension i start at 12 clicks out from fully in.www.mx-tech.com has a tuning guide in the downloads section.
