What do you guys think will be the best thumper in the 125 class? Tha crf 250 , yz250f...?

Depends on who spends the most advertising money in the magazines or who hires the fastest riders if Bubba get on one you know Kawasaki will be the fastest one out there
PS Jeff Fredette sounds like he will be riding one next year

it's not the bike that's fast.
e.g.,
how is it that the YZ125 is "the best 125" yet james stewart is lapping guys on his KX125? moreover, you should consider that that james stewart's lap times on his 125 are better than more than 1/2 the 250 class riders. now that tells you something.
i rode "near" jeff freddette last week. he blew past me on a michigan trail. i could be on any bike and he could be on an XR50, and there is still no way i'm catching him.

I think you're right about that but we (me) weekend riders need all the adventage we can get lol. I'm interested in buying either the honda or the yamaha just don't know wich one is best.
