RG3 Triple clamps YZ250

I have a friend that got a 04 YZ250 and he can't use the RG3 triple clamps from his 02 because of the new forks on his 04.
The sad thing is he barely has any time on these things. I am not sure what he wants for them, he told he paid $250 for them. He just wants to get something back out of them.

Any word on how much he wants for them. I'm getting an '03 yz125 and am interested in getting oversized bars. I've heard some good things about the RG3's. Is he selling just the top or both. Thanks
