muffler replacement XT600

Hi guys, I leave in the Philippines and I need help in replacing my XT600's silencer. There are no aftermarket parts readily available here; but what we have a lot of are motoshops that can customize slip on silencers or free flows for my XT. For this project, I would need some design ideas and measurements (ie. can length, core diameter..) There no db restrictions here--not like in the US., but I would go for slightly toned down sound of a 600cc four stroke. Please guys, I would appreciate any kind of help on this.
