I usually get an oily substance leaking out of this hose after riding.It is usually pretty clear like oil, but now it looks like dirty milk. What is going on here?

It's pretty common for condensation to form near the end of the tube causing the milky oil/water discharge. As long as the oil in the engine doesn't look like this it's nothing to worry about.

Thank you for answering, yes the oil looks good at the dip-stick.

Get a cup and some Hershey syrup, put it under the utter,,, errrr breather hose, squeeze, stir, and enjoy,, Yummmm.
Hehehe, its normal, just a bit of water or moisture gettin up the hose from the outside usally and mixing with the oil on its way down.
