Does Kenworthy's flood a lot?

If so, shoudn't the AMA take a look at that before they gave them a National? Or is this a really extraordinary couple of events?
I kinda like a track that floods occasionally, because it gets new topsoil and new contouring. Tracks like that abound in the Houston area - but I wouldn't recommend them for a National. It's a lot of effort for people to go to, to find the track flooded (and find out it's flooded umpteen times before).

Kenworthy is flat and close to the Miami River (or Little Miami, whichever, I can never remember which is which). We've had a very wet spring followed by a very wet summer, and have had near-record rainfalls on multiple occassions this year. I was predicting on Sunday that Kenworthy would end up cancelled, and since it rained even more on Monday and Tuesday, color me "not surprised." It's basically a wooded area section next to a farm field and the river. It's also what I consider the worse track on the National circuit and one that should be eliminated and replaced with a real mx track. I won't ride there anymore as some of the jumps are in the make-it-or-die-trying category . . . and all of them are nothing but man-made piles of dirt.

We have had more rain here in Ohio this year than any other year I know of. Areas that don't normally flood are this year.
