My girlfriend gets fatigue in her left hand really fast. I'm looking into installing a Moose easy clutch. I have found very little info on the web as to wether this thing really works to reduce clutch pull. Any opinions would be great.

I dont know about the Moose easy clutch, but i moved my clutch lever in towards the center of my bars for more leverage.. Woorht a shot before spending.. In fact, both my levers (clutch/front brake) are moved in..

If it's the moose clutch perch with a needle bearing, then yes.

msr rapter clutch perch works whell it moves the pivot point to make the pull easyer and it only costs about $30 for the whole set up.

I had one of those Easy Clutches on an old CR500. It worked well. It's a leverage thing. It made a difference.

I saw them for $32.95 here:

Or I'd call Jeff @ MX South (mxsouth.com) and tell him what you found it for.

If you REALLY want to be her hero do this! CLICK It does not get any easier unless you on an automatic. It's not a color specific setup and it blows the other choices out of the water with it's design (remote slave) and ease of install. As an added plus it's not that difficult to transfer to another bike in the future.

I will second the hydro idea I own a GasGas trials bike and that is the same master cylinder and slave cylinder as on my trials bike and i cannot be more happy with it one finger is all it takes bleeding is also pretty simple, replacement plungers and spring are very very inexpensive and can be ordered from any trials shop.
