Where do I find reflective tape for night riding? I found wheel lights at www.firetire.com but no tape?

I bought some a few years ago at a bike shop (Performance Bicycle I believe)
I don't remember who makes it but it is highly reflective and it comes in different colors.

3M makes some, can pick it up at target.
