Need Jetting Info For 1999 Kdx220r

JUST BOUGHT 1999 KDX220R FROM A GUY IN DENVER
BIKE STARTED FIRST KICK THERE AND NOW IT'S HOME
IN BEECHER, IL DOESN'T WANT TO START VERY EASY
OR AT ALL. I KNOW THE BIKE IS IN A-1 CONDITION
SO I FIGURE THE ALTITUDE CHANGE MAY REQUIRE A
JETTING CHANGE. THE BIKE HAS A FMF GOLD SERIES
GNARLY PIPE AND TURBINE CORE 2 SILENCER.

There are tons of answers to that in the FAQ's. I would start by pulling the carb and seeing what's in there. Then compare what it has with what is stock. You can ask any dealer over the phone and they'll tell ya. Then try the stock jets and do your plug checks. Remember to use a new plug each time you do a new reading. Good luck.
