Plans for WP bleed pump?

Does anybody know if there are schematics/plans/specs for the WP bleed pump available for purchase or (happily) download?

I believe there are a couiple of bleed pumps on e-bay

Yeah - but they start at a grand! I have access to all kinds of hydraulic pumps/fittings and thought it may be quite cost effective to build one.
