I was thinking about replacing the front and back with pro circuit suspension and I'm wondering if it is worth it.

I guess the question is wether "you" believe it's worth it. Motocross bikes are becoming less and less durable and after a year of hard racing are almost disposable items. Who knows if they will fit the next generation of bikes. But on the other hand if the suspension is far superior to upgraded stock components and offers you a tangeable advantage, then the answer may be yes. Dedicated racers can spend a hell of a lot of money just travelling to and from their events and there is no point wheeling your bike up to the line and being behind the eight ball due to inadequate equipment. Or if you are just simply after something that looks trick and makes you the envy of your mates you could find value in watching them drool. Remember true performance will still be determined how the suspension is set up. If your requirements are not accurately met, it would be possible for a truly capable tuner to perhaps surpass the performance of so-called factory equipment with well tuned stock components.
