b) yes, there will be a facsimile posted here within a couple of days to give you an idea of what it looks like, since there will be more than just this year's group shot on the poster...

Okie - DW04?  Sorry Wendy and i were at the hospital for the DW03 poster shoot.  I hope to be in the picture for DW04 though.
