Shim stack

If i have a shim stack like this one (base valve)

24x0.10
24x0.10
24x0.10
22x0.10
20x0.10
18x0.10
16x0.10
14x0.10
10x0.30
And change the shims to this

24x0.10
24x0.10
24x0.10
22x0.10
20x0.10
18x0.10
16x0.10
12x0.10
10x0.30
would this take a little off the high speed dampening?
Any comments?

I think that change will be small, maybe too small to feel.
