just bought a new 03 xr250. where is the cheapest place to get a service manual. love the bike. rode it for the second time today.

I like the OEM manuals and the only place I know of is www.hemic.com .There not really cheap but have excellent pictures and diagrams.Clymer puts out manuals on old Xrs so you might punch them up and compare prices.

Some Honda dealers may discount it a little bit, but that's pretty much what they cost.

A good friend of mind worked where they were printed, he just moved to Idaho and gave me a whole stack of them. I'll check and see if I have one If I do I would be glad to part with it for much less. They are the OEM manuals.

thanks dthoms for looking. after i get over the shock of paying for all the riding gear and boots, i'll go to the honda shop and order one. my wife's famiily is from snover michigan, go up there every year, its up on the thumb.
