Welcome to the "family". You'll find an excellent group of people here, ready and willing to answer any questions you may have about the sport.

Scan over the various forums for specific topics and information. For example;

Looking for somewhere to ride? Check out the "Places To Ride Forum"

Looking for people to ride with? Visit the Local Chapters Forum

Wondering what bike to get? Check this forum.

There's a wealth of information here! Not sure where to look? Use the Search function, odds are it will return some great info.

If you have any questions about using the site, please don't hesitate to ask.

Okie

DRN does not allow avatar uploads. Check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for more info.

If they don't allow avatars, then why do so many people have them? Like yours for instance.

The most important event in dirt bike riding is DirtWeek! See DW2k4 in the vertical bar to the left of the screen? Check it out, it will begin your journey.

As mentioed to another new member, check out the search feature in the bar just below the banner. Search can lead you to many of your answers.

Good luck with your project. Crank up a new thread in the General & Off-Topic Discussions forum and keep us apprised of your progress.

Hi My name is Darren and I just became a member of this awesome resource!! We've never met but I'm the guy David sold your '04 CRF450 to so you could get your '05 CRF450. I've ridden the bike a couple of times since I bought it and that Rekluse clutch....well I'll think I'll stick to the conventional clutch....its nice but I like to have more control than it affords me.
As I said I bought your bike so now I have to sell my old one and I was hopeing I could post an ad for it on DRN but unfortunately it won't let me post on that forum. Is there something I need to do first in order to allow me to?

Thanks
Darren
