CRF450 Valve Inspection and Adjustment Frequency

I have read a lot about CRF450 valves and the inspection and adjustment frequency. Is this a problem that should be addressed with replacement valves etc. or is it just a normal maintenance issue that you need to live with on a high-stepping 4-stroke MX bike? Most of my riding will be C-grade/Vet MX racing and more in the mid-range rather than lots of high-rev work.

speaking from the my valves tightened up point of view, costing me cash, i would inspect frequently, especially on the stock stuff. It takes 20 minutes. Do it. People say that the factory bikes dont have this problem, but the factory bikes have a full time mechanic and get the worn parts replaced after every weekend or even sooner. You do not have a factory bike..... I recommend the kibblewhite kit if you want it to last without many costly valve jobs. Some people recommend just the intake side, but I say all 4 valves and throw in the cam while you are at it. it will be the best grand you ever spent on the bike.
