CRF250 recommendations

i just bought a new CRF250R this week and i was wondering what recommendations anyone has for dialing in the suspension. i am 5'10" and 150lbs. i already set the sag in the rear end. i was wondering if the bike is valved to stiff for me and if i need to replace the springs with something with a lighter spring rate. i am a novice class rider and have been riding for a few years now. i just came off a 2003 YZ125 that had the suspension done by Piper Performance located in Phoenix, Az. they never was told me what the rates and such were that they used. i am looking for any recommendations. thank you.

The 04 crf uses the same valving(but softer springs than the 450) as the 450 i have been told-so it will be stiff-for your weight you will need softer springs but i think the damping will need to be less as well.
