Is there any other way to purchase a membership without using paypal? If you have never used Paypal before it requires you to wait a month for a PIN number placed on your credit card statement, even though I have applied for a paypal account a couple weeks ago it gets under my skin that I cannot view pictures and have full access to the site!
If I am incorrect and there is another way please let me know.

It's been a long time since I signed up for payal but I thought you could use it right away with some limitations. I thought the pin was simply to become a verified address for shipping. Like I said it's been so long since I signed up I could be wrong on that.

Have to agree with the other comments about timing. There was a limitation based upon whether or not I used a credit card or my bank account. Something about wanting to verify my bank account, but I was able to pay on my "successful" eBay purchase that evening.
