High speed compression adjustment

I have a 03 RM 250 and weigh in a 143lbs but my question is how much should i move the high speed compression adjustment and what does it adjust i read the manaul and it makes some since but doesn't say alot

This is a good question and I just got my first bike with a HS compression adjuster. I'd like to hear what you all have to say about it.

Yes give it a try it does make a difference.Turn it a quarter of a turn to feel a good amount of change.
