2001 rm 250 what is the biggest rear tire that will fit my bike with the stock 19 inch rim or is it worth going to a 18 inch i ride enduro

I run a 120/90-19 Maxxis IT on my KX, it is a little wider than the stock 110 Bridgestone, and a good bit more sidewall.
