Noobie suspension questions

Hello all...

I would like to change my suspesion to a softer ride. Not sure if that is the technical term for it, but it works for me :thumb:

So, if I start with the stock clicker positions, do I turn them a few clicks out? I am mainly looking for the forks (and shock) to compress a bit quicker, but not spring back all that fast.

Does this mean I just mess with the clicker on the underside of the forks and shock? (03 YZ 450F)

Does the same apply to the rear shock?
