suspension service shop

Hi suspension gurus

4 or 5 years ago I decided to learn all I could learn about suspension and begun working with a very limited number of mx riders. The results have ranked from bad to fair to very good now (and much of the success is from what I learn here) so I´ve decided to build a suspension service sector in my shop (I do mostly engine work). I would like to ask for some suggestions from you suspension professionals about what you think the right equipment is (workbenches, tools, environment issues, health care, etc.) and how to set up the shop. Right now I have in my shop a fair amount of tools, a 1500mm lathe, mill, air compressors, drill press, cleaning tub, hydraulic press, sheet metal brake, grinders, etc.. I have a general idea of what I want and what I think will work but more brainpower always helps. Also I would like to know what do you think is the best way to spend money and time in advertising such services.

Thanks in advance for your help.
(please excuse my English)

Pedro
