Getting ready to purchase some boots. Being light years from any place that would offer a try on, I will be ordering via the net. Was hoping someone might suggest a boot that will not kill a wide foot. Don't get me wrong, I don't have circus feet or anything......they're just not narrow, and the boots I use now are kill'n me. They are an old set of AXO's that I need to retire.
Keep in mind I an on the lower end of the price scale. How are the lower end Fox, Oneal, Thor, MXR, ARC, etc..... Any help would be great. Thanks!!

i bought a pair of alpinestars tech 6 from mxsouth, they are on sale for 179.99. i dont know if that is your price range or not i think those boots usually sell for about $250, i think there is a new tech 6 design for 2004 so that is why they are dicounted. i had a pair of the cheap fox trackers once and they were horrible, i wore them for about a year before they wore totally trashed.

Canon, I just bought a pair of size 13 AXO RC 5 boots from Iron Pony.com for $149 shipped. I wear a size 13 ee and these boots fit perfectly. My previous boots were AXO RC2s and they were always tight on my feet, these feel and look like they're built wider. These are great looking well made boots at a killer price. Check them out.

Thanks for the info people. Any comments on the Oneal M-900's? Anybody wearing
those? Just trying to avoid a narrow boot.

I've got a pair of A.R.C. Corona's
I wear 13's and have to wear a couple pairs of socks in 'em and they are still roomy
Around $80 at www.rockymountainmc.com

My wife and kids all wear the m900s. They've had them over a year now and they seem to be holding up well. My kids have wide feet, my wife narrow, and none of them complain. My wife says her boot has a "lump" right above the inside left ankle that rubs her leg and bothers her.
