i used to be the front brakes that were giving me problems, now its the rear brakes. i tried bleeding them and time and time again and it is still soft, i did what the service manual said to do and had no luck, i even used a mityvac and it is still the same. what do you guys think, any advice? someone told that adjusting my pedal height might help but i dont know.

Have you changed the caliper pins? The Mamba got grooved and did the same thing. I replaced the pins, thoroughly cleaned the calipers, changed the fluid, and put new pads on. Pretty sure the pins were the culprit.

thanks for responding. when i say soft i mean that the pedal feels mushy. but you could be right about the pins too, i did notice that when i push down on the pedal i can only see one of the pins moving. maybe tomarrow i will take the caliper off and see what i find. as far as the pad, they are about 75% new still.
