shark fin installation advice

hello.i bought a shark fin like shown on the link below made for my bike,But i dont really know how i can attach it to my bike.do i have to drill holes in the swing arm or made a special bracket to install it? do you guys have a similar fin on your 89-94 kdx200.i need some advice before starting this project!

Weld it on is the only option..... I had the same thing and decided against it, sold it on ebay....
