Suspension Settings for new springs

I bought some new springs off of ebay and was wondering what setting I should set my bike at. I have a 1991 YZ250 with .42kg/mm springs in the front for a 167 lb rider and 5.2 kg/mm spring in the rear for a 197 lb rider. I currently weigh 200 lbs and ride motocross in the beginner class but hope to move up this year. Thanks!

If the springs are stiffer, you will definitely have to add some rebound, and perhaps lessen the compression.
