Drain the coolant from radiator and engine. (remove both drain plugs)
Pour clean water through the radiator filler neck to flush out left over coolant.
When the water flowing from the drain plugs is clear, stop pouring.
Wait until all water is drained out.
Tip bike on side to remove any remaining water
Install drain plugs
Fill with new coolant
Tip bike from side to side to purge trapped air.
Top up with coolant.

You're done.

I never have, the only thing to be careful of is the type of antifreeze you use. Always use non-alcoholic (ethanol) based antifreeze as this damages alloy in your engine.
