Any help would be appreciated.

I am 5'7" 170lbs will be riding mx tracks. Intermediate level rider. Forks freshly resealed with stock springs. Rear stock spring. Measuring sag at rear from axle to rear seat bolt bike sags almost 50mm without rider, and almost 125mm with me on. Rear spring length is at almost exactly 250mm with bike on stand. Also manual says dots should line up on high speed compression damper bolt and shock body when turned all the way in, but they end up about 1/2 turn off.

First off your race sag (with you on it) should only be 100mm, so adjust your spring. After you so that check your free sag (without you on it), it should be between 10-30mm. If it is more than that, your spring is too stiff. If it is less than that, your spring is too soft. Start there and set your clickers on the stock settings and see how it feels, than adjust from there.
