98 200 Mxc ?

I have a chance to get a 1998 KTM 200 MXC that is in excellent condition for around $3200. Is that a decent price? Is there something I should look for that could be wrong with it? I will be buying it for my 16 yr old son. I know he could ride it because he rides my XR 650r.

Trade in value is about $2300, retail is about $3300. If it is from a private party you should be able to get them to come down a little unless it has a lot of high $ mods.
